As a host name, you can use single-byte ASCII characters (alpha-numerals
and symbols) up to 64 characters. You cannot use the following symbols:
\ / : , ; * ? " < > |
You cannot use blanks at the beginning or end of the host name. A host
name is case-sensitive.
