Operating procedure during a storage system failure (nonvolatile) at remote site 1
or 2
Perform the procedures below when the remote site 1 or remote site 2 storage system is in a
nonvolatile failure state.
The procedures below applies when a storage system failure occurs at remote site 1. If a storage
system failure occurs at remote site 2, replace remote site 1 with remote site 2 in the procedures.
Preparing
No action is required.
Recovering
1. Recover the storage system at remote site 1 from the failure.
