2. From the intermediate site, execute the YKRESYNC REVERSE command for the Continuous
Access Journal Z copy pair between the primary site and the intermediate site.

• YKRESYNC REVERSE
• YKEWAIT GOTO(DUPLEX)
3. Stop operation at the intermediate site.
4. From the primary site, execute the YKSUSPND FORWARD command for the Continuous Access
Journal Z copy pair between the primary site and the intermediate site.
• YKQUERY
• YKSUSPND FORWARD
• YKEWAIT GOTO(SUSPEND)
5. From the primary site, execute the YKRESYNC FORWARD command for the Continuous Access
Journal Z copy pair between the primary site and the intermediate site.
When the command is executed, the status of the Continuous Access Journal Z copy pair
between the intermediate site and the remote site changes from DUPLEX to SUSPOP.
• YKQUERY
• YKRESYNC FORWARD
• YKEWAIT GOTO(DUPLEX)
6. Execute the YKEWAIT GOTO(SUSPEND) command and wait until the status of the Continuous
Access Journal Z copy pair between the intermediate site and the remote site has changed to
SUSPOP.
7. Resume operation at the primary site.
