Storage System/DADID Selection List panel
When s is specified for AC in the Scan Device Address Extent panel, the Storage System/DADID
Selection List panel is displayed. The Storage System/DADID Selection List panel displays storage
system serial numbers and DAD IDs that have been NG-scanned. To perform a scan again, select
storage system serial numbers and DAD IDs that have been NG-scanned from this panel.

• s: Specify this option to select the DAD IDs and storage system serial numbers
to be NG-scanned. The DAD IDs and storage system serial numbers for
which s is specified and displayed in the Scan Device Address Extent panel.

Storage system serial number that can be specified.S/N
DAD ID that can be specified.Device Address Domain
The Storage System/DADID Selection List panel displays the DAD IDs or storage system serial
numbers that were specified in the Scan Device Address Extent panel. If any Non Gen'ed volumes
have been scanned, their DAD IDs and storage system serial numbers are also displayed.
In the initial state, the entries are displayed in ascending order of EBCDIC codes, with S/N followed
by Device Address Domain in the priority order.
Control Unit Selection List panel
If s is specified in the AC column in the Discover HP Storage System panel, the Control Unit Selection
List panel displays a list of all detected CUs.
