• In the following figure, the configurations shown in the previous two figures are combined.
Both the Continuous Access Synchronous P-VOL and S-VOL function as Business Copy P-VOLs,
providing multiple copies at the local and remote sites.

Configurations with Business Copy S-VOLs
In the following figure, a Business Copy S-VOL also functions as a Continuous Access Synchronous
P-VOL. This configuration requires that the Business Copy pair is split before the Continuous Access
Synchronous pair is created.
