• Suspend Pair. Used to suspend pairs.
• Resume pairs. Used to resynchronize pairs that are suspended.
• Change Pair Option. Used to change the pair options.
Fields are described in the following rows.
LDKC number, CU number, and LDEV ID for this volume of the pair.VOL
The icons are:
: Simplex
: P-VOL
: S-VOL
RWC/BCM pair status. The BCM status name does not appear when it is the same as the
RWC name.
Status
For descriptions, see “Pair status definitions” (page 75).
Serial number of the paired storage system.S/N (LDKC)
SSID of the paired storage system that you entered at RCU registration.SSID
For the remote volume, displays LDKC number, CU number and LDEV ID. You cannot
successfully change these values.
Paired VOL
Pair mode: Synchronous, Synchronous-C, Multi-C, or ESAM.Type
• Synchronous-C indicates the synchronous pair on which the consistency group (CTG) is
specified.
• Multi-C indicates the synchronous pair on which the CTG is configured by RCUs.
P-VOL fence level of the pair: data, status, or never. See “Fence Level options for I/O to the
P-VOL after suspension” (page 36) for more information.
Fence
Differential data setting (bitmap table managed by cylinder or track).Diff
Percentage of synchronization while the copy process is in progressSync
During the pair suspension process, shows the concordance ratio of the specified volume.
Indicates whether or not the host I/O time stamp is transferred from P-VOL to S-VOL.T/S
CLPR number and name for the pair volumes. See the HP XP P9000 Cache Partition User
Guidefor more information about CLPR.
CLPR
Status of the preserve mirror when it is associated with Compatible FlashCopy. If Withdraw
displays, pair data does not synchronize despite the pair’s status.
PM Status
Used capacity and the licensed capacity (in parenthesis) for all pairs.Used Volume
When the licensed capacity is unlimited, Used Volume displays nothing.
The S/N, SSID, and Fence columns can be blank while a pair is in transition to the Simplex status. To display the latest
information in these columns, refresh the window.
