◦ The BC Z pair is in a status that does not allow the pairsplit operation.
For more information, see “Monitoring pair activity, status ” (page 49).
◦ A BC Z pair volume is also used in a Cnt Ac-S (Cnt Ac-S) or Cnt Ac-J pair. The Cnt Ac-S
or Cnt Ac-J pair is in a status that does not allow the pairsplit operation.
After these factors are removed, perform the pairresync operation, and run the pairsplit
command.
