1. From the primary site, execute the YKSUSPND FORWARD command for the Continuous Access
Synchronous Z copy pair.
• YKQUERY
• YKSUSPND FORWARD
• YKEWAIT GOTO(SUSPEND)
2. Start local site storage system maintenance.
Change the configuration to a 2DC configuration in which operation is performed from the
primary site.
