Recovering
1. Recover the intermediate site storage system from the failure.
2. From the primary site, execute the YKDELETE command for the Continuous Access Journal Z
copy pair between the primary site and the intermediate site.
Before executing the command make sure that the Continuous Access Journal Z copy pair
between the primary site and the intermediate site is suspended.
• YKQUERY
• YKDELETE
• YKEWAIT GOTO(SIMPLEX) NOINVALIDCHECK
3. From the primary site, execute the YKMAKE command for the Continuous Access Journal Z
copy pair between the primary site and the intermediate site.
• YKQUERY
• YKMAKE
• YKEWAIT GOTO(DUPLEX)
4. From the primary site, execute the YKDELETE command for the Continuous Access Journal Z
copy pair between the primary site and the remote site.
• YKQUERY
• YKDELETE
• YKEWAIT GOTO(SIMPLEX)
