This dialog box lets you split a pair. See “Split pairs” (page 51) for complete information.
DescriptionItem
Shows the selected volume’s port, GID, LUN (LDKC number, CU number, LDEV number).Volume
Where the option is defined that allows write I/O to the S-VOL when the pair is split. Options
are Enable and Disable.
S-VOL Write
Where the option is defined that allows write I/O to the P-VOL when the pair is split. Relates
to whether you need to keep the P-VOL online or keep the pair synchronized. Options are
S-VOL and P-VOL Failure.
