HP P9000 Continuous Access Synchronous for Mainframe Systems User Guide (AV400-96398, October 2011)

This procedure adds an RCU, a remote system to the main system. This configures the main and
remote system for Continuous Access Synchronous Z.
1. On the menu bar, click Actions > Remote Copy > Continuous Access Synchronous for Mainframe
> RCU Operation. The RCU Operation window opens.
2. Change to Modify mode by clicking the icon.
3. In the Display box, select MCU&RCU. The tree displays CUs for the accessed system.
4. Click the desired CU in the tree. You must add RCUs to each CU separately.
5. Right-click the list area on the right-side. In the menu that displays, click RCU Operation/Add
RCU. The Add RCU dialog box displays.
