INACTIVE: Does not monitor the copy group.
Specify this parameter if you want to perform actions
for the copy group or display information about the
copy group by using the MODIFY REPORT
command without monitoring the status. You can
change the value to ACTIVE by using the MODIFY
SET command.

for when Business Continuity Manager Monitor starts
Startup action: Specifies the action that is executed
when Business Continuity Manager Monitor starts
