Description

P9000Info is a command-line utility provided with the HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor

Software and Array Manager Software. It is used to obtain the configuration information of the logical

unit numbers (LUNs) exposed to the XP or the P9000 disk arrays.

This document describes the P9000Info 23.00.00 enhancements, fixes, limitations, and other additional

information.

IMPORTANT:

P9000Info was called XPInfo in v19.01.00 and earlier versions. Note that only the product title has

changed from XPInfo to P9000Info. The existing binary, commands, and the product functionality still

remains the same.

Supported platforms

P9000Info supports all the operating platforms that are currently supported by the P9000 Performance

Advisor Windows and non-Windows host agents. Use the appropriate P9000Info binary based on

the operating platform and architecture of the system, where you plan to install the P9000Info software.

• Windows: HP DSM v2.00.02

• HP-UX

• HP-UX 11i v3: Native multipathing

• Earlier versions of HP-UX: Secure Path 3.0F.02F.02F.patch

• Linux: HDLM 5.9.3.01 and VERITAS Storage Foundation 5.0
