P9000 Performance Advisor v5.3.1 supports the same list of operating systems for the management

In addition, the support matrix includes the supported Internet Explorer (IE) and Java Runtime

Environment (JRE) versions.

IMPORTANT:

You must install JRE before installing P9000 Performance Advisor and the host agents.

NOTE:

• To upgrade to P9000 Performance Advisor v5.3.1, ensure that v5.3 P9000 Performance Advisor

is installed on the management station and v5.3 host agents are installed on the respective hosts.

5.3 Installation Guide

• Ensure that the HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database Listener and Database

services are in the Started mode. Otherwise the upgrade process will perform a rollback operation.
