P9000 Performance Advisor v5.2.1 supports the same list of operating systems for the management

station and host systems that v5.2 supports. To view the HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor

In addition, the support matrix includes the supported Internet Explorer (IE) and Java Runtime

Environment (JRE) versions.

IMPORTANT:

You must install JRE before installing P9000 Performance Advisor and the host agents.

Upgrading Performance Advisor

NOTE:

• For upgrading to P9000 Performance Advisor v5.2.1, you must have v5.2 installed on your

management station.

Software Installation Guide

• Ensure that the HP StorageWorks P9000 Performance Advisor Database Listener and Database

service is in the Started mode. Otherwise the upgrade process will perform a rollback operation.
