CVAE 6.0 to 7.0 Transition Overview (TB581-96076, June 2011)

If the conditions are not replaced with alternatives, the tier is not migrated after upgrading to V7.

• For those tiers, the tier information will be output to the following file. The file contains the filter conditions. Please

use alternative conditions to create V6 equivalent tiers.

• <installation-path>\CVXPAE\TieredStorageManager\logs\ TierInfo_NotSupported_y yyyymmddhhmmss.txt

• “yyyymmddhhmmss” is created date and time.
