copy pair configuration.

Device Manager and Tiered Storage Manager versions 7.0 and later do not support XP512/XP48. If
XP512/XP48 remains under management after upgrading Device Manager and Tiered Storage
Manager, use GUI or CLI to remove XP512/XP48 from Device Manager management.
