2-1-3 Java environment requirements
The JRE included with this product is configured to be used immediately after installation. If you
want to use either the Oracle JDK or Oracle JRE, then change the Java runtime environment that
will be used with Host Data Collector after installation.
The following shows the Java runtime environments required by Host Data Collector:
• In Windows
○ JDK
○ Version 7 or 8
○ 64-bit
• In Linux
○ Version 7 or 8
