This is the initial release of HP XP P9000 Replication Manager Software Edition 7.6.1-02.

NOTE: Documents for Device Manager, Replication Manager, and Tiered Storage Manager software
that are referenced as version 7.6.1-00 or earlier also apply to versions 7.6.1-01 and 7.6.1-02 of
the software. See “Revision information” (page 12).
When the full package for Replication Manager 7.6.1-02 is installed, Device Manager 7.6.1-02 is
installed automatically.
Update recommendation
HP recommends updating to Command View Advanced Edition 7.6.1-02.

Enhancements
Enhancements for 7.6.1-02:
• For a Fast Snap copy pair provided by HP XP P9500, you can now perform management by
using a snapshot group. The maximum number of generations that Replication Manager can
manage has increased from 64 to 512.
If you use Application Agent to perform a backup or restore, the maximum number of generations
is 64 (unchanged from before).
