In the following cases, the licensed capacity allocated to all the SLPRs will be initialized, and the
program product of that license changes its status to Capacity Insufcient.
Since the license expires, the licensed capacity for the corresponding program product
becomes insufcient.
You re-install the program product with limited licensed capacity, which previously had the
unlimitedlicensedcapacity.
In
these cases, re-install the program product to each SLPR within 30 days.
Note:
When the license expires with the licensed capacity being insufcient, the license changes
itsstatusto Not Enough.
The storage administrator can partition the licensed capacity from the License Key Partition Denition
window. Following subsections describe the License Key Partition Denition window and the procedure
of
partitioning and allocating licensed capacity.
From the License Key Partition Denition window (see Figure 5 on page 24), storage administrators can
partition the licensed capacity for SLPRs. On the License Key Partition Denition window, the progra m
product options for which the licensed capacity can be partitioned are listed.
The program product options have to be installed from the License Key window before the licensed
capacity for them are partitioned.
To open the License Key Partition D enition window, click Go, Environmental Settings, and then License
Key Partition Denition on the menu bar of the Remote Web Console main window.
