• Replication Manager now supports the following operating systems for a management server:
- Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (x64/IPF)
- Windows Server 7 SP1 (x86/x64)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6 (x86/x64)
• Replication Manager now supports Firefox3.6.x (the 32 bit version browser only) on the
following operating systems:
- Solaris 10
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5 (x86/x64)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 (x86/x64)
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 noSP/SP1 (x86/x64)
Fixes
• On the Select Copy Pairs window of Change Pair Status wizard for an open system, if a user
selected all copy pairs, and then performed copy pair operations, an internal server error
occurred during the execution, the Command View AE service stopped, and then a task failed
with the KAVN00458-E (RPM-00436) error message.
• If there was a copy group that contains Simplex copy pairs and user performed for the copy
group, Replication Manager refreshed the status of the primary copy pairs, but not refreshed
the secondary ones.
• If there was a copy group that contains Simplex and non-Simplex copy pairs (ex. PAIR, SPLIT,
etc.), Replication Manager might not display the information of the Simplex copy pairs.
• In a copy topology, if copy groups with the same name and the same copy type exist,
Replication Manager might not display some copy groups in the Pair Association page of Pair
Configuration wizard.
• When creating a 3DC multi-target configuration, if a user specified a CTGID and created a 3DC
Delta Resync copy group, or if a user added a copy pair to an existing copy group in a 3DC
multi-target configuration, the corresponding task failed with the KAVN00469-E error.
• If a user saved a workflow from the Pair Association page of Pair Configuration wizard and
then selected Copy Group List tab in Host view, an error occurred and an attempt to display
the page failed.
• On the Group Management page of Pair Configuration wizard on a mainframe system, if a
user selected the HS option check box, Apply Open/MF CTG option check box, or both, saved
the workflow, and then started the Group Management page again from workflow editing,
Replication Manager incorrectly cleared one or both of the aforementioned check boxes. Even
if the user reselected the cleared check boxes, Replication Manager did not reflect the selected
options.
• When creating a 3DC multi-target configuration in the Pair Configuration wizard, if a user set
Required Execution Time to a future date and time for both P9000 Continuous Access Journal
(or Continuous Access XP Journal) and 3DC Delta Resync on the Task Management page,
task editing failed with the KAVN00575-E (RPM-00477) error message.
• On the Task List window, if a user selected tasks for editing existing 3DC multi-target
configurations and for creating new 3DC multi-target configurations, and then opened Edit
Task window with both types of tasks selected, both the JNLG ID(P) and JNLG ID(S) drop-
down lists are available.
• In the Pair Configuration wizard, if a user added a copy pair to the Business Copy copy group
that has no CTGID by specifying an option, execution of a created task fails with the RPM-
03327 or RPM-03300 error message.
• On the Task List window, if a user selected a task that creates a copy group with a 3DC multi-
target configuration and changed the settings information, editing of the task failed with the
KAVN00209-E error message.
