• In this version or later, Tiered Storage Manager no longer supports VMware ESX 3.x.
Enhancements for 7.3.0-00
• Tiered Storage Manager improves chances of completion of a data migration task for XP P9500
or XP24000/XP20000 (excluding a task created by Tiered Storage Manager in Legacy Mode
or Tiered Storage Manager CLI) when the migration target storage system is accessed from another
storage system management tool, such as XP P9000 Remote Web Console.
• SSL cipher suites of Tiered Storage Manager are configurable.
• Tiered Storage Manager now supports the saving and application of data placement profiles for
Smart volumes.
• Tiered Storage Manager now supports disabling Smart volume tier relocation.
