Starting the Host Data Collector service
Use the Windows Services window or the startup.sh command to start the Host Data Collector
service.
Operations to complete in advance
• Logging in with administrator permissions (for Windows) or as a root user (for Linux)
To start the Host Data Collector service:
• Perform the following.
In Windows:
In the Services window, right-click Host Data Collector, and then choose Start from
the menu.
In Linux:
Execute the following command:
/opt/CVXPAE/HostDataCollector/tomcat/bin/startup.sh

service.
