Workarounds
General
• In certain situations, the following message may display:
Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is
not available. Do you want to proceed?
This is a known issue that is being addressed by Oracle. Click Yes on the message window to
proceed.
• The front panel health indicator (LED) may not reflect the health of both storage system nodes.
One node may not indicate any faults (using HP System Management Homepage) while the other
node may have faults. In some cases, the front panel health indicator will remain green, indicating
that the system is functioning without faults when in fact there may be faults.
Monitor the system using management agents, or manually by running the HP System Management
Homepage on each node, to determine the system status.
• If, when you select Manually configure a static IP address in the Enclosure Manager Settings
dialog box, you leave the default gateway field blank and enter the DNS address, the DNS
address is automatically set as the default gateway. As a result, you cannot manage the Enclosure
Manager settings remotely through ssh because the gateway is incorrect.
Use Remote Desktop Connection to access the nodes and the Enclosure Manager settings. Use
the Enclosure Manager Settings tool to fix the assignment of the gateway, which will enable you
to use SSH.
