Version: 3.01.0a Description These release notes describe the latest release for HP StoreEasy 3000 Storage running Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2012 Standard Edition. IMPORTANT: Included with your storage system is the HP System Recovery DVD. This DVD is used to restore the system to factory defaults. Keep this DVD in a safe place.
If the HP 3830 Gateway Storage Blade is installed into an existing c7000 or c3000 enclosure, the image of the server blade that is displayed in the Onboard Administrator GUI may incorrectly reflect the older G7 version of the server blade. Workaround:The incorrect image in Onboard Administrator does not affect management or use of the server blade. The issue will be resolved in a future release of Onboard Administrator.
Workaround: As shown in the Quick Start Guide, there is one network cable that must run between the Port 4 adapters on each of the two nodes. Keep this network cable in place, as well as the network cable to the iLO port, but disconnect all other network cables on the system where you received the error message. Then click Retry. You may reconnect the cables later after the second node is discovered.
