Known Problems and Workarounds
Where’s the Manual?
When you install WebQoS, the manual HP WebQoS Administration Guide is installed in the
<install-directory>
\docs\install_config_guide.pdf file.
NOTE In this release note, the location where the WebQoS program files are installed
is referred to as
<install-directory>
. The default installation directory is
C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HPWebQoS.
Installation instructions are included in this release note only.
Known Problems and Workarounds
• “HTTP 403.15 Forbidden: Client Access Licenses Exceeded” Error Message
If you receive the message “HTTP 403.15 Forbidden: Client Access Licenses Exceeded”
when connecting to IIS, refer to article Q264908 on Microsoft’s web site. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com and search for Q264908.
• “Connection Refused” Error Message
If you receive the message “Connection Refused” when connecting to IIS, refer to article
Q272494 on Microsoft’s web site. Go to http://www.microsoft.com and search for
Q272494.
• Virtual Server Request Classification Rule
The Requests to virtual server NAME are CLASS request classification rule is only
supported if the HTTPVersion web server parameter in the
<install-directory>
\qos.conf file is set to HTTP/1.1 (this is the default setting).
