 Default from address, exists in each email message sent by the application (the default is
[e-mail]).
Also available in Tools > Options > Email is a global email address management feature (see Figure
16, on previous page). This allows user detail to be added or removed. Any user email address used
in Alerts or other features is stored here.
Alerts message format
HP Web Jetadmin alerts can be sent in one of three formats: Verbose, Concise (see Figures 17 and
18, below), and Custom.

During any Create Alerts Subscription or Create
Alerts Template wizard, Edit Custom Email
Template can be invoked (see Figure 19, at
right). Custom email templates can also be
managed in Tools > Options > Application
