3. To upload the VMA SAN Gateway OE update image file onto the gateway as shown in the
following example, press enter.
The new gateway OE update image has been uploaded to the gateway.
• To verify that the new gateway OE update image has been uploaded to the gateway,
issue the gateway CLI show images command.
WARNING! If uploading a VMA SAN Gateway update image from a USB device, remove the
USB device from the gateway USB port at this time. If you do not remove the USB device from the
gateway USB port, the gateway will attempt to boot from the USB flash disk when you are upgrading
with the new gateway OE image and rebooting the gateway.
