4. Click Deploy to deploy and activate the application. The new application then appears
by name in the Applications list as "ACTIVE".

Notes
The Start button is enabled only when an application in the RESOLVED (stopped)
or STAGED state is selected.
To Stop and Re-Start an Application
This procedure temporarily stops an active application from servicing requests, but retains the
application on the system. The application remains present on the system and can be restarted
when needed.
1. In the Application window, select the application you want to stop.
2. Click on Stop to display the Stop Application window.
3. In the Stop Application window, click Stop. The Stop Application window closes and the
application state is changed to RESOLVED.
4. To re-start an application currently in a RESOLVED state:
a. In the Application window, select the application you want to start.
b. Click on Start to display the Start Application window.
c. Click on the Start button to activate the application. The application then resumes
operation and appears in the Applications list as "ACTIVE".
