Description
The first vparcreate command used to create a new vPars database takes a
long time to complete.
Symptoms
During the first vparcreate, vPars attempts to capture all the HP-UX
hardware path to EFI path mappings for all bootable disks; depending upon
the number of disks and the current load on these disks, the procedure can
take a long time.
Workaround
None.
