4 Compatibility and Installation Requirements

This chapter describes the compatibility information and installation requirements for this release.

Required Patches

No patches are required to install HP-UX TCS A.03.00 on HP-UX 11i v3 systems.

Required Software

HP-UX TCS A.03.00 requires the following software:

• HP-UX TCS version A.03.00 software bundle

• OpenSSL

OpenSSL is installed by default on HP-UX 11i v3. Recent upgrades are recommended and

are available at http://www.hp.com/go/softwaredepot.

Operating System and Version Compatibility

HP-UX TCS A.03.00 requires HP-UX 11i v3.

Hardware Requirements

This version of HP-UX TCS runs on the following HP servers with the HP-UX 11i v3 operating

system:

• rx2660

• rx3600

• rx6600

• BL860c

• BL870c

• BL860c i2

• BL870c i2

• BL890c i2

IMPORTANT: These systems must be ordered with the TPM option.
