Defect Fixes
QXCR1000954621
Problem: HP SIM displays the server having 2 power supplies whereas the server has only 1 power
supply installed. This happens because the hpsim makes use of providers which itself is showing
as two Power Supplies instead of One.
Resolution: This problem is fixed.
QXCR1001051751
Problem: sfm cimprovagt program is using 100% cpu. On a non-ipmi machines, cimprovagt of
sfm process consumes 100% cpu.
Resolution: This problem is fixed.
QXCR1001062329
Problem: SFM is not reflecting the correct status of the power supply. When the power cable was
in 'FAULTY' state SFM was still showing it as 'OK'.
Resolution: An extra check is added to check if the sensor type also matches to power supply
sensor type. This problem is fixed.
QXCR1001066378
Problem: MP's status is shown as UNKNOWN on platforms where MP health status cannot be
obtained through IPMI calls.
Resolution: This problem is fixed.
QXCR1001083944 & QXCR1001083947
Problem: The thread count of SFM cimprovagt process continuously increases over the time.
Resolution: This problem is fixed.
QXCR1001087476
Problem: A Core dump is seen usually when the application shuts down. There were few static
string class objects in the function (to get host name) which were getting destroyed and they were
accessed at a later point of time resulting in a core dump.
Resolution: This problem is fixed.
