Support policies for OnlineDiag
Following are the user specific reference notes for currently supported and older versions of
OnlineDiag.
• During the time frame of HP-UX support period, OnlineDiag is supported as per the following
format.
◦ HP-UX 11i v3: Latest two versions are supported.
◦ HP-UX 11i v2 and HP-UX 11i v1: Only the latest version is supported.
• It is recommended to install the latest version of OnlineDiag, to avoid frequent product
update.
• The support date for HP-UX 11i v2 or HP-UX 11i v1 versions, are only till December 2015.
• The exact end of support (EOS) date for the month indicated in the support matrix is the end
of each mentioned month.
NOTE: OnlineDiag monitoring mode is not supported on HP Integrity BL860c i2, BL870c
i2 and BL890c i2 Server Blades, rx2800 i2, HP Integrity Superdome 2, HP Integrity BL860c
i4, BL870c i4, BL890c i4, rx2800 i4, and rx2900 i4

NOTE: If you have the latest HP-UX 11i v3 Operating Environment (OE) media/ISO file or
WBEMMgmtBundle version, you can update only OnlineDiag version from the specified depot
location:
# swinstall -x autoselect_dependencies=false -x
enforce_dependencies=false -s <DVD mount point | WBEMMgmtBundle depot
