Known problems and workaround
If SysMgmtPlus is installed independently after installing HP SMH, HP SMH must be restarted. (HP
SMH will restart automatically after terminating, and it will terminate automatically if no SMH
connections are present for a period of time (default 30 minutes.)
To stop HP SMH, enter the following commands at the HP-UX prompt:
# /opt/hpsmh/lbin/hpsmh stop
To start HP SMH, enter the following commands at the HP-UX prompt:
# /opt/hpsmh/lbin/hpsmh autostart or just access SMH from browser & it will automatically
restart.

Following are the commands you must use to obtain the bundle, product, sub-product, and the
fileset information about the SysMgmtPlus depot:
• Bundle
$ swlist -s <SysMgmtPlus Depot Location>

Product Change Tracking (QuIX-PCT). If you do not have access to QuIX-PCT, contact your local
