Output of Logfile Messages
The log file /var/adm/sw/swpackage.log captures output from the
swpackage session.
Message logging by default sends verbose messages to stdout.
(Setting the verbose option to 0 reduces the amount of information
in stdout.)
Message logging also sends errors and warnings to stderr.
No logfile messages are written in preview (-p) mode.
The logfile is equal to stdout plus stderr.
Here is a sample log:
