SNAplus2 API Hardware and Software
Requirements
The SNAplus2 API hardware and software requirements for your
HP 9000 are described below.
HP 9000 Hardware
SNAplus2 API requires the following HP 9000 hardware:
An HP 9000 computer system (D, E, F, G, H, I, K, T, R, V, L, N-class
or Superdome server, or B, C, or J-class workstations)
1.5 MB of disk space beyond the requirements of other applications
for a server or workstation.
Running SNAplus2 API in a client/server environment requires
additional LAN/9000 Link hardware components for servers or
workstations, including the LAN interface card.
HP 9000 Software Requirements
SNAplus2 API requires the following HP 9000 software:
HP-UX operating systems B.10.20 or B.11.00 and later. Note that
Superdome systems require the HP-UX 11i operating system.
Running SNAplus2 API in a client/server environment requires the
additional ARPA Services/9000 software for servers or workstations.
Optional Running xsnapadmin, the configuration and management GUI, requires
the following:
Motif interface software
bit-mapped display to run X11
HP-HIL mouse
