# IP_ADDRESS[5]=192.168.0.1

# SUBNET_MASK[5]=255.255.255.0

# INTERFACE_NAME[5]=lan5

# BROADCAST_ADDRESS[5]=192.168.0.255

# INTERFACE_STATE[5]=up

After this, login as root and execute the following command at the

command line to ensure that no IP address is conﬁgured on Token Ring

adapter used for SNAplus2:

# /usr/sbin/ifconfig lan<n> unplumb

where lan<n> is the Token Ring interface.
