dspu_services
Specifies the services provided by the local node to the downstream PU.
Possible values are:
AP_PU_CONCENTRATION
Downstream LU is served by PU concentration.
AP_DLUR
Downstream LU is served by DLUR.

Reserved (always set to zero).
pu_sscp_stats.send_ru_size
Reserved (always set to zero).
pu_sscp_stats.max_send_btu_size
Maximum BTU size that can be sent.
