codes associated with AP_PARAMETER_CHECK, which are common to all
NOF verbs.
Returned Parameters: State Check
If the verb does not execute because of a state error, SNAplus2 returns
the following parameters.
primary_rc AP_STATE_CHECK
secondary_rc Possible values are:
AP_LS_ACTIVE
The LS cannot be deleted because it
is currently active.
AP_INVALID_LINK_NAME
The supplied LS name is not the
name of an LS defined on the
SNAplus2 system.
