The dlus_name parameter contained

AP_INVALID_BKUP_DLUS_NAME
The bkup_dlus_name parameter

AP_HPR_NOT_SUPPORTED
The hpr_supported parameter was
set to AP_YES, but the node does not
support HPR.
AP_INVALID_TG_NUMBER
The TG number supplied was not in
