sscp_id
The identifier of the SSCP as received in the ACTPU
for the PU used by this LU. This parameter is 6 bytes
and is used only by dependent LUs. This parameter is
set to all zeros for independent LUs or if the
lu_sscp_sess_active parameter is not set to AP_YES.
