bit to 0.
To request SNAplus2 not to add the subvector, set
this bit to 1.
Bit 1—Add Product Set ID (0x10) subvector to the
data. If the application supplies data that already
contains a Product Set ID subvector, SNAplus2 adds its
own Product Set ID subvector immediately preceding
the existing one.
To request SNAplus2 to add the subvector, set this
bit to 0.
To request SNAplus2 not to add the subvector, set
this bit to 1.
Bit 2—Send the data to NetView.
To request SNAplus2 to send the data, set this bit
to 0.
To request SNAplus2 not to send the data, set this
bit to 1.
If
data_type
is set to SV_USER_DEFINED or
SV_PDSTATS_SUBVECTORS, this bit is ignored; the data
cannot be sent to NetView.
Bit 3—Log the data in the SNAplus2 error log file.
To request SNAplus2 to log the data, set this bit to
0.
To request SNAplus2 not to log the data, set this
bit to 1.
If
data_type
is set to SV_USER_DEFINED or
SV_PDSTATS_SUBVECTORS, this bit is ignored; the data
is always logged.
Bits 4–7 are reserved, and must be set to 0.
originator_id
Name of the component that issued the verb. If the
data is being logged in the SNAplus2 error log file, this
name is used to identify the originator of the log
message; otherwise it is not used.
