Accept_Incoming sets: The LU alias for the session the conversation
start-up request arrived on.

Mode Name
Initialize_Conversation sets: The mode name from the side information, or a
null string if no sym_dest_name is specified.
Accept_Conversation sets: The mode name for the session the conversation
