CM_SVC_ERROR_TRUNC The partner program (or partner LU) in a basic
conversation issued a SEND_ERROR verb with the
TYPE parameter set to SVC while in Recieve or Confirm
state, before finishing sending a complete logical
record. The local program may have received the first
part of the logical record.
