CM_OPERATION_NOT_ACCEPTED See Appendix A,

CM_PROGRAM_PARAMETER_CHECK The value specified by
conversation_ID
is not valid.
CM_PROGRAM_STATE_CHECK The conversation state is
not Send, Receive, Confirm,
Confirm-Send,Confirm-Deallocate,or
Send-Pending.
State When Issued
The conversation can be in any state except Initialize,
Initialize-Incoming, or Reset.
State Change
The new state is determined by the
return_code
parameter. Possible
state changes are summarized in Table 3-13, “State Changes for the
Send_Error Call.”
