NOTE The name and location of the depot above are for example only. The
actual name and location may vary.
Step 8. Verify the installation using the swlist command. If the StdModSecExt bundle is
installed on the system, the swlist command will report the following information.
Note that within the StdModSecExt bundle, the product name will show
TrustedMigration which is the correct product name.
# swlist -a state -a revision -l fileset TrustedMigration
# Initializing...
# Contacting target "mysystem"...
#
# Target: mysystem:/
# StdModSecExt B.11.23.01
StdModSecExt.TSMG-ENG-A-MAN B.11.23.01 configured
StdModSecExt.TSMIG-CONF B.11.23.01 configured
StdModSecExt.TSMIG-RUN B.11.23.01 configured
Step 9. If there was not a reboot specified in Step 7, reboot manually.
Step 10. Check for these changes:
• The /var/adm/userdb (user database) directory will be created and the
/etc/security.dsc file will be installed after the StdModSecExt bundle is
installed.
• The /etc/pam.conf file will be modified. After installation, verify the contents
of this file. The previous version is saved in /etc/pam.conf.old. After an
uninstall, the /etc/pam.conf file will be restored.
