About this Document

Source Reference Architecture (OSRA) Web Server. It provides an overview of the architecture
and describes installation and administration tasks to create and deploy a Web Server on a system
running HP-UX 11i v1 or HP-UX 11i v2.

An OSRA Web Server is integrated with several open source software components. Some open
source software components are being used for underlying technology, and their deployment
is transparent. Some open source software components require user-level documentation. HP
relies on the documentation provided by the open source develops to supply the information
you need to use their product.
Intended Audience
This document is intended for system administrators responsible for installing, configuring, and
managing the HP-UX OSRA for Web Services component products. Administrators must have
knowledge of operating system concepts, commands, and configuration.
It is helpful to have knowledge of the open source products defined by HP-UX OSRA.
This document is not a tutorial, but it is intended to provide the reader with a better understanding
of how the HP-UX OSRA components integrate with each other and with the HP-UX operating
system.
