ERRORS
wcstol(), wcstoul() , wcstoll() , and wcstoull()
fail and errno is set, if any of the follow-
ing conditions are encountered:
[EINVAL] The value of base is not supported.
[ERANGE] The value to be returned would have caused overflow.
