a 64 megabyte boundary, in the amount of total memory
allocated to the vPar.
Value A positive 64-bit integer <= 17592186044352
Usage The vPar must not be running.
Restrictions
The vPar must own at least the specified amount (after
rounding) of non-specific memory.
The decrease must not result in a total less than that
of all memory allocated in specific memory ranges.
