NAME
j0(), j1( ), jn() - Bessel functions of the first kind
SYNOPSIS
#include <math.h>
double j0(double x);
double j1(double x);
double jn(int n, double x);
DESCRIPTION
j0() and j1() return Bessel functions of x of the first kind of orders 0 and 1 respectively.
jn() returns
the Bessel function of x of the first kind of order n.
To use these functions, compile either with the default
-Ae option or with the -Aa and
-D_HPUX_SOURCE
options. Make sure your program includes <math.h>. Link in the math library by
specifying
-lm on the compiler or linker command line.
RETURN VALUE
If x is NaN, j0(), j1(), and jn() return NaN.
If the correct result after rounding would be smaller in magnitude than MINDOUBLE, j0(), j1()
, and
jn() return zero.
ERRORS
No errors are defined.
